49ers vs Saints Week 14, Who Has the Edge Position By Position? (2019)

Talking about the San Francisco 49ers yet again. Discussing the game between them and the New Orleans Saints. They play in the Superdome. 49ers traveling for the second week in a row. Very important game for both teams as this game will have playoff implications for the NFC. Big matchup! This is my edge to edge position video where I see each position and give an edge based on performance and talent (i.e. QB vs QB, DL vs DL, etc.).
The Niners are coming off a close loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Another last second field goal loss. Very intense game. The game lived up to expectations. Jimmy Garoppolo had an alright day. Made some incredible passes (particularly the Deebo Samuel TD on 4th down early). Defense in the second half played awesome. Putting pressure on Lamar Jackson and even making him turn the ball over. Still, Jackson and his offense were relentless and it wasn’t enough to win this game. Justin Tucker for Baltimore made the last second field goal. Great game to watch. Hopefully the Niners can travel to the Saints and win in the loud Superdome.
The Saints are coming off a Thanksgiving win over their division, the Atlanta Falcons. They avenged their previous loss to them, which was one of the biggest upsets of the year IN NEW ORLEANS. They have been playing great all year long. Their defense is great too and they have been running the ball effectively. Can’t wait for this game this Sunday.
