Every year, 12th December is celebrated as Retail Employees' Day (RED), to bring the retail employees into focus and thank them for their untiring efforts. This initiative is conceptualized by Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN) and supported by the Retailers Association of India (RAI). In this video, the motivational speaker, Dr. Ujjwal Patni encourages employers as well as customers to recognize the efforts of retail associates across the country. Dr. Patni wants to create awareness and empathy of the Retails employee's significant role in the lives of the customers. He believes that retail employees serving the country with their passion for their work.
