1 SIMPLE DEFENCE Against BAD GUY's PUNCH... HOW to FIGHT in Confined Space

This week we discuss HOW to FIGHT and Defend yourself with your back against the wall. We draw upon an old case study to discuss the best tactics to defend against a punch thrown when you can't step backwards.

Guy KNOCKED OUT & ROBBED because he made simple but AVOIDABLE MISTAKES!!! This week’s ‘how to Fight Breakdown’ looks at the problem of being corned in confined space by a Bad Guy. Of course, situational awareness for self defence is important. We teach some simple self defence techniques learnt from this case study. Especially in a confined space. This alone will prevent a Sucker Punch Attack.

In this case the victim lacked the ability to recognise who the potential attacker was likely to be. In fact, the victim completed lacked focused on any of his attackers leading to a Sucker Punch and him being robbed.
