Cut Pokemon and beta Pokemon designs are some of the coolest things that the franchise has to offer. Getting a behind the scenes look at what could have been is unbelievably fascinating, and sometimes that involves Pokemon evolutions that were scrapped from the final product. Today we're going to be looking at ten evolutions for various Pokemon that were planned at one point, but were cut from the final games, and try to speculate why they were dropped from consideration in the first place!
