Yes, the title is correct. This pre-teen, known as JJ has been reported by his mother as extremely violent. His anger has his mother and grandmother worried and they're seeking Dr Phil's help. However, the ending takes a rather strange turn when we receive a revelation!!!

According to Bree, she’s very concerned about her 11-year-old son, JJ’s, extremely violent behaviour, which includes threatening to take away her life with a steak knife. There have been several occurrences where JJ would throw his bed across the room as well as drill his walls with a screwdriver when he 's angry.

What makes it worse, JJ isn't afraid to curse at his mother and often screams at her when ticked off. Things have gotten waaaay out of control that Bree has to hide knives under her bed away from her son who can choose to attack at any moment!! Since JJ has no respect for his mom, he's threatened to stab her with a knife and even hit her together with her boyfriend. Bree reveals that JJ would punch and even bite her.

What worries her most, however, is the fear of JJ self-harming since he has stabbed his foot several times before. As if acting out at home wasn’t enough, JJ is also having serious trouble at school. According to his records within the past three years, JJ has had over 50 disciplinary cases covering seven pages in his records and has been suspended about 20 times. Despite the many chances given at school, the institution terms him as a threat to other kids because not only is he using cursive and threatening words but also verbally spoken about his intentions to harm one of his classmates.

Some of his crazy instances include throwing desks in the classroom almost physically harming other students, physically abusing his peers, verbally attacking teachers, throwing stones at people and one time he was ready to stab the principal with a broken pencil.

Bree is more concerned about his child turning out like his violent criminal father because they pose similar anger issues and was an addict. She explains one instance where JJ had ran away from home only for her to find disturbing photos that he posted on social media using weed and holding a handgun. It was at this point she realized things were getting out of hand and needed to seek the extra help.

Onset with Dr Phil, JJ seemed like a calm and collected boy. Dr Phil was proud that he understood what triggered his actions and was willing to help him go through counselling. He was honest that he needed help learning to cope with his anger which was blowing out of proportion.
