I remember the hardest part of starting my weight loss journey was thinking that I had to cut out all the foods I loved and ate on a daily basis. This is far from the truth, however, making small swaps for the things you eat daily can make a huge difference in the long run. So I am bringing you my top 10 healthy swaps to make your weight loss and fitness goals easier.

Here are the swaps:
1. Soda — Diet soda/ sparking water
2. Potato chips — baked chips/popcorn
3. Ranch dressing — yogurt based dressing
4. Butter — butter spray
5. Sugar — Stevia
6. Regular condiments — Sugar free honey mustard/ketchup
7. Ice cream — halo top
8. Sour cream — plain Greek yogurt
9. Milk — unsweetened nut milk
10. Fried — grilled

Disclaimer: I realize that there ARE healthier options out there in terms of being less processed with less artificial sweeteners. However, I want to make these swaps easily accessible for anyone, not to mention affordable!
