You'll Need:

For the cake base:

- 3 cups whole hazelnuts
- 5 oz milk chocolate, melted
- 9-inch springform cake pan

For the cheesecake cream:

- 4 cups cream cheese, tempered
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 5 tsp unflavored gelatin powder (optional)

For the raspberry filling:

- 2⅓ cups raspberries
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 10 Kinder eggs
- 5 scoops black raspberry ice cream
- raspberries to garnish

For the chocolate sauce:

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Kinder eggs, crumbled

Here's How:

1. Spread out the hazelnuts on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes. Afterwards, use a clean dish cloth to remove the shells from the roasted nuts. Line the springform cake pan with parchment paper, add the roasted hazelnuts, pour the melted chocolate evenly over the top, and smooth it out. Let the cake base cool before moving on to the next step.

2. Mix the cream cheese and vanilla extract until a creamy mass forms. For a more stable cake, mix in 5 tsp of unflavored gelatin powder. Pour the mixture over the chocolate hazelnuts in the cake pan.

3. Mix the raspberries and raspberry jam and spoon the mixture into 5 of the halved Kinder eggs.

4. Heat a knife, pass the side of the knife over the edges of the Kinder egg halves, and put the eggs back together.

5. Push the filled Kinder eggs into the cheesecake cream until the tops are completely covered with cream.

6. Place empty 5 egg halves between the filled eggs and press them into the cream. Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours.

7. Add a scoop of black raspberry ice cream to each empty egg half, cover with another empty egg half, and decorate the cake with chopped hazelnuts and fresh raspberries. For the chocolate sauce, first dissolve the sugar in boiling water in a pot over medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and let everything boil down a bit while continuously stirring. Finally, crumble the Kinder eggs in the sauce, let the chocolate melt, and mix until a creamy sauce forms. Once the cheesecake pieces have been served, pour the chocolate sauce over the cake so the Kinder egg shells break and the surprise filling is revealed.
