My Hero Academia has exploded! In the relatively short time it has been around, MHA has become one of the most popular anime/manga series of all time. It perfectly blends the American Superhero Aesthetic with Shounen action. My Hero Academia has been a tour de force and shows no sign of stopping. The world of MHA is full of amazing powers called “Quirks” and can range from super strength to telekinesis. There are hundreds of famous and well known heroes in MHA and use their quirks in many creative ways. Unlike other Shounen shows like DBZ, Heroes in MHA don’t usually have a laundry list of techniques. They merely use their quirks in fun and creative ways. However, heroes do have a big finishing super move they dish out in serious battles. All Might, when he was up against All for One, unleashed his most devastating attack; the United States of Smash!

Other super moves help push the hero’s quirk to its fullest potential. Toru’s invisibility quirk is constant and always active. But her super move reflects light off her body in a big blinding flash! Others like Mina Asho use their quirks in ways no one expects, like with her super move, Acid man! She uses her acid and creates a large lumbering beast of pure melting acid. We will be looking at these and more in today’s video, on some of the best Super Moves in My Hero Academia.
