Vinny is a make-up artist that says he has always felt like an outcast since he was born and doesn’t feel like he is “one of us”. This 22-year-old lives in Los Angeles, California, and has decided he wants to be genderless and identify as an alien. He is not interested in identifying as a male or female and wants to remove his genitalia completely. He has spent over $160,000 to modify his looks to be more like an alien. He has undergone over 110 plastic surgeries to take him closer to his goal. He says he has always wanted to be genderless since he turned 17 and become more alien-like. He has gone to several doctors and surgeons to find out if he can have his genitals removed with no success. He believes that if he can live without sexual organs, he has no need for the genitals and “have nothing down there”. To ensure no one doubts his love for the extraterrestrial, he wears extremely black contact lenses that cover most of his eyes and long talons on his fingernails. After he succeeds in removing his genitals, he plans to remove his nipples and belly button.

Number 9 Adam Daniel

Adam Daniel is a 31-year-old Californian man who has dedicated 12 years of his life to being a Madonna impersonator. He says he has spent all his money trying to become like the iconic star, Madonna. He has spent over $75,000 on cheek implants, having his chin done several times, had his jaw done, eyebrow lifts, and fillers. He has performed over 4,000 shows as his alter ego, Venus Delight. He has also spent a ton of money on getting his wardrobe filled with similar outfits as his obsession, Madonna. He was first drawn to the singer when he was a teen while he was struggling with his sexuality. His mother and boyfriend do not support his choices but he is determined to live his life the way he wants: as a Madonna impersonator. He says he believes it is all worth it because he really does look like Madonna.

Number 8 Thalia Almodovar

Plastic surgery to alter one’s appearance is a big step to make with the possibility of a lot of things going wrong. Some people, however, do not mind like Thalia who is a transgender female who was born male. She says she was confused about her sexuality during her teenage years and made the decision to transition to a woman in high school. Her father supported her in this decision. That was the start of her plastic surgery journey. In addition to transitioning, she is also obsessed with reality star Kim Kardashian. It began when people compared her to Kim Kardashian and said they bore a resemblance to each other. Thalia has spent over $31,000 on her wardrobe alone to get a wardrobe similar to that of the star. She has had breast implants and butt enhancements done in addition to multiple lip pumps just to look like Kim Kardashian. This newfound fame is making Thalia consider a career as a Kim impersonator.

Number 7 Pixee Fox

Pixee Fox was born in Carolina and says she has never truly belonged. She says she feels more like a pixie, a fantasy creature. She became famous when she had six of her ribs removed in order to have a slimmer waistline and give her the perfect hourglass figure, just like Jessica Rabbit, the cartoon character she is aiming to look like. She has had numerous procedures to aid her dream and has spent over $130,000 in the process. Some of the procedures she has undergone include two rounds of liposuction, a bum enhancement, brow lift, ear alteration, labiaplasty, and multiple rounds of liposuction. She has also pumped her breasts to the massive size of 30J. She has traveled to India to have a procedure to change her eye color because it is a procedure that is prohibited in the US and EU due to its high risk. She has also undergone a very dangerous jaw surgery that could have left her paralyzed. She is determined to keep going until she achieved a 14-inch waist (which she got) and possibly, bigger breasts even though she admits the procedures are extremely painful and she now has trouble digesting her food.
