Who wants to watch TV these days, with all this amazing content here, on Youtube?
Many of us are used to watch some TV shows’ episodes on Youtube, where one of the
brightest contestants shocks everybody after showing herself as a shy and careless
person (might take a reference from Americas Got Talent, Britain’s Got Talent, etc.).
It’s so amazing when a bright performance erases the evil grin of the most sarcastic
judge...
Well, who doesn’t love that?
On the other hand, game shows can be very entertaining too. There are some shows
were athleticism is quite important, while some are inspired by the ninja, others get
some ideas from survival techniques in the wilderness. But all of them get very
interesting and take care of their rationale, the skills that are necessary to win, and are
very well produced.
These shows tend to be more competitive and some of them have a bit of drama but, in
general, they tend to be quite conventional. Contestants face some exciting challenges,
physical, mental, and social, and the winner is usually the one who has the best-
balanced skillset. This kind of shows has been around for decades, literally! (vintage

However, game shows are not the same everywhere…
We are used to trivia game shows and more recent survival game ones, with their
reality-show touch. But in Japan, game shows can get very creative… well, that’s a
way to say nasty, cruel, and downright disgusting!
From unnecessarily dangerous contests, like running through slippery stairs to some
disgusting penalties that can force the loser to swallow a big bug, the Japanese Game
shows have won their unfamous reputation fairly!
There is no match for the evil genius of the creators of these shows. We are sure you
can find more Japanese shows out there, but we are sure that we are going to show

This game show has a very straightforward name: Human Bowling… and guess
what… it’s just about a Human Bowling game!
The first time we looked at the pins, we thought it would be very easy to get a strike…
but it wasn’t that way. Japanese game shows usually have a catch…
Who would care to watch an adult make countless and easy strikes, one after another,
just flinging herself against a wall of pins?
That is the secret and striking combination of this show: funny clothes, giant pins, and
unpredictable moves!

Ancient Egypt has been one of the most inspirational civilizations ever. Many people
have taken the ingenuity and mysticism of this great civilization as their muse, which
has enabled them to create amazing inventions.
At the ninth spot, we have a counterexample of that, a pharaonic quiz game show!
This show isn’t inspirational nor disruptive. It doesn’t relate with advanced engineering
either, so what might be thisTore! Game show About?
Well, if you want to win the prize you will face different challenges. One of the most
famous ones is to climb a moving ramp to get to the screens where you can read the
questions, a bit like an adventure’s game dungeon. Yet, our personal favorite is the one
when you have only a minute to answer seven questions correctly while being
wrapped, like a mummy… and if you lose, you will have a very nice tomb, with a
