14 Top 10 Baseball Academy Insider bat drill Jimmy with Tristan, Guy and Steve

This Florida baseball training series has 14 videos featuring Coach Jimmy and Tristan. Tristan after training in Florida went to the DR for at least 5 visits. On the 1st 2 week visit his entire body changed from flabby to lean and adding 12 pounds of muscle.

His improvements were:
• Arm velo went from 68 mph to 81
• His 60 time went from 7.8 to 6.9
• His bat power went from 230 feet to 370 feet
• His glove to throw release time went from 1.5 seconds to .30 seconds
• Prior to his DR training he had 3 tryouts for independent ball and was not selected
On his return to the USA he had a 1 tryout and was signed!
