DO NOT MAKE THESE COMMON MISTAKES

1. The skin on your body -- it's part of the attraction equation. You need to take care of blemishes, blackheads, breakouts, ingrown hairs, and razor bumps & burns. After exercising, get in the shower with an exfoliating brush. Alpha has been using the Spin Brush for years -- he adds body wash. It keeps pores clean and exfoliates your skin. Use the other attachments to use it on your face. After you get out of the shower, moisturize your skin. 

2. Don't forget your feet -- don't have possum feet! Funky, nasty, calloused feet are unattractive. Use a foot file or pumice stone. The Spin Brush also has a pumice stone attachment.

3. A hot mess in your ears -- the best time to clean your ears is after the shower. Grab a Q-tip and a tissue. Go in little circles around your ear, making sure not to go too deep. Instead of stopping there, grab a tissue and trace the folds of your ear.

4. Stop the flakes -- either in your hair, in your beard, or on your clothes, dandruff can be embarrassing. Coal tar is the key ingredient to battle dandruff. It has made Alpha's dandruff go away. Make sure to exfoliate your beard / facial hair -- the Spin Brush will get down in there. Also makes sure to use beard oil into your beard after your shower -- both your hair and skin will be moisturized.

5. Dry and nasty mouth -- you need a solid oral hygiene routine to make sure your breath is super fresh. Use gum with xylitol to combat dry mouth. It will both help your breath and also fight cavities.
