We may be able to find it in one of these holes. If you don't believe me, see for yourself. Here we will show you the seven deepest holes ever discovered and seven possible entrances to hell. Let us begin.

7 - Diavik Diamond Mine, Canada
The Diavik Diamond mine was discovered and opened in 2003 since it has grown 600 feet deep into the Canadian Arctic. The mine is located on the East Islands of Lac de Gras, which is northeast of Yellowknife.

6 - Mirny Mine, Russia
The Siberian Mirny Mine is said to be over 1700 feet deep. Even without the suspicions, this pit has been deemed off-limits. It is said that the mine itself has been around since 1955 and has evidence of volcanic activities due to the presence of a volcanic rock known as kimberlite.

5 - The Berkeley Pit, Montana
This copper pit is located in Butte, Montana. Over time, this hole deepened to over 1780 feet and closed in 1982 after being opened in 1955. From then, this pit frequently fulls to 900 feet of rainwater and sometimes more.

4 - IceCube Neutrino Observatory, Antarctica
The fourth deepest hole on our list is the IceCube Neutrino Observatory in Antarctica. The University of Wisconsin has a project with the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station with 86 cables reaching deep beneath the ice.

3. The Kimberley Diamond Mine of Africa.
This is one of the largest holes in the world. And to many surprise, it is hand-made. This mine started as a hill and is said by many to be the most bottomless hole excavated by hand. Over 50,000 miners with the traditional pickaxe dogged their way into the button starting as early as 1866.

2. The Bingham Canyon Mine, Utah
This is the largest copper mine in the world. The Bingham Canyon Mine is over 100 years old and is the largest ever human-made hole globally. Most of the world's copper comes from this hole from as far back as the 1900s.

1 Kola Superdeep Borehole, Russia
the most deepest hole you will ever see, the one many labels as the gate to hell. Despite the rumors of screaming souls, the hole is impressive all on its own. The Kola Superdeep Borehole is a drilling project in the Soviet Union in Pechengsky District. The site is located close to the border of Norway and Russia.
