7 Question Saturday About How to Make Money Online S1 : E17
Description
Paul shares a letter from Gayle and answers 7 questions about making money online.
-------
1. What do you consider to be the most effective ways to promote a digital marketing agency to a local market?
2. Best Automated Webinar software?
3. Do you have recommendations for a YouTube advertising course?
4. I do not want to build a website, but I do want to host a course online. What do you recommend? Udemy, Teachable, Thinkific
5. What marketing podcasts do you listen to?
6. Should I go from the optin page to the thank you page for the lead magnet, or should I go straight to a sales page with the lead magnet delivered by email? If straight to the optin, is it better to sell a $7 product and then use upsells or better to sell a course and backend coaching? If I backend coaching do you like one-to-one coaching or group coaching – which do people get the most from?
7. (39 point keynote checklist) Next question (if you don't mind) what follow up do you do after someone is added to your list with this particular lead magnet?
Do you have an email sequence that you automatically send out? How many? At what point do you make the offer (I'm assuming it's for your Keynote course or coaching?)
My thought is to have a checklist for guys to use with respect to their budget/finances with an end goal to lead guys into either 1 on 1 coaching or preferably a short synchronous 1-3 month course that leads them through a process I used to get my finances in order. IE budgeting, saving, giving paying off debt, insurances, expenses, and income. So the checklist would reveal "gaps" in their finances and then the follow up emails would lead them into my offer.
I'd be looking to help guys who on a scale of 1-10 are at about a level 5-7 with their finances. with a goal of moving them up 2 points on that scale.
Thoughts?
