Alabama Set to Execute Nathaniel Woods

Nathaniel Woods is set to be executed even though prosecutors agree he never pulled the trigger. He was convicted of luring police officers into a house and three of them were killed. But of 12 jurors, only 10 said he deserved the death penalty. In Alabama, the judge can sentence a person to death without a unanimous jury.
