All secondary school students to have personal learning device by 2028

With the world going ever more digital, every secondary school student in Singapore will have a personal learning device by 2028. Elaborating on the devices in an interview, Education Minister Ong Ye Kung said they would be limited in function, and focused on teaching and learning.
