Low Fat Buffalo Wings

1/4 Cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 Table Spoon Garlic Goodness
1 Table Spoon Honey
1 Table Spoon Aw Shit
2 Table Spoons Sweet Creamed Butter

Pour 1/4 of an inch of water into the first pot then place the culinary basket on top. Place stove on medium high and and put the lid on, when it begins to click lower the heat to medium low. Set a timer for 12 minutes. While the wings are cooking you can begin to prepare the sauce.

In a diffrent sause pan on medium heat place wet and dry ingredients well as the butter let simmer until the butter is completely melted mix well and turn off.

When the timer goes off you can shut off the wings and transfer them into the sauce pan with the sauce and, coat the wings well. Then you can place them on a preheated grill. At this point the wings are fully cooked and your just adding a crisp to the wings. This process should only take about 10-15 minutes. Check them at the 7 minute marker if it has nice crisp on the bottom then flip. Allow other side to get that nice crunch. Serve and enjoy.
