4. No President & No Governor, Only CM & PM
5. CM & PM will select vice-CM & vice-PM through top 5
6. Cabinet Minister will selected by govt by some criteria
7. They will NOT be any MP & MLA
8. If No Political Parties then candidates can win by 5-10% votes
9. MP,MLA, CM term 2 years & PM term 4 years
10. Right to Recall form can be submit in any collector or patwari (village officer) of the whole country
