10. NASHVILLE, TN

54% off the Nashville metro voted Republican in 2020, staying at a fairly consistent level over the last decade. The majority of Nashville's conservatism comes in suburban places like Franklin and Brentwood, where the surrounding county voted 62% Republican. The Housing Market in Nashville is still affordable but could be approaching Bubble Status.

9. COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

The home of the US Air Force Academy is still a red enclave, but might not be for much longer. The share of locals across the Colorado Springs Metro voting Republican has dropped from 64% to 54% over the last 20 years. The Colorado Springs Housing Market has also gotten ridiculously expensive, with prices going up 28% YoY.

8. JACKSONVILLE, FL

Jacksonville's economy is booming, with a 90th Percentile reading in job growth. Meanwhile home prices are also still relatively affordable compared to Blue States like New York and California. A big portion of the growth in Jacksonville comes in St. Johns County / St. Augustine, which voted 63% Republican.

7. SARASOTA, FL

The #1 Migration Market in America also votes heavily Republican, with 56% of the Votes in 2020 going to Donald Trump. Sarasota has also become more conservative over the last 20 years. Along with nearby Cape Coral / Fort Myers, this area is a premier retirement destination, and boasts the oldest population in America.

6. BOISE, ID

Boise is the fastest growing Economy and Housing Market in America over the last five years. It also votes heavily Republican, registering around the 55% Vote Share range in the last four elections. However, if you're moving to Boise be careful about buying a home. Reventure Consulting believes that Boise is in the largest Housing Bubble in America with prices up 40% YoY.

5. OKLAHOMA CITY, OK

Unlike Boise, Oklahoma City is still relatively affordable, with a typical home price still below $200k according to data from Zillow. Oklahoma City is also located in arguably the most conservative state in America, with every county in Oklahoma voting Republican in 2020.

4. TULSA, OK

63% of the Tulsa-area population cast a vote for Donald Trump in 2020, making it the 4th most conservative metro on this list. 3. GREENVILLE, SC

The former 'Textile Capital of the World' is also reinventing itself, with strong inward migration and a booming local Housing Market. Even though home prices are still relatively affordable in Greenville, there might be a bit of a Housing Bubble brewing. The area is consistently conservative, voting 63% or higher for the Republican Presidential Candidate going back to 2000.

2. KNOXVILLE, TN

Knoxville is home to the University of Tennessee, giving it a strong bohemian and progressive attitude towards the center of the city. However, the area as a whole is still very conservative, with 64% of voters going Republican in 2020. Fun fact: the mayor of Knox County, Glenn Jacobs, is a former WWE Professional Wrestler!

1. PROVO, UT

The Most Conservative Metro in America is also the youngest. Provo, UT has a median age of 25, by far the youngest of any area in the US. It also voted at a plus-41% margin for Donald Trump in 2020, making it the most conservative large metro in the county. But like Boise, you might want to be careful buying a home in Provo right now: the area, much like most of Utah, looks like a big Housing Bubble right now.
