Ark: Genesis - Giant Turtle - How to Build a Base (No Mods)

This is a simple strong base design intended for farming and protecting you from wild dinos out at sea.
I built this with official and console in mind so no mods and official settings.
The base is close to the structure limit for the Giant Turtle for official servers.
I still tried to give the base a submarine look, I had a few ideas for the design but the official structure limit is still very restrictive.
