At least 10 dead after hotel used as COVID-19 quarantine center collapses in China's Quanzhou

At least ten people have been killed and many more remain trapped under rubble after a hotel collapsed in China's southeastern city of Quanzhou on Saturday night, local time.
Chinese state media says the Xinjia Express Hotel, used as a coronavirus quarantine center, is believed to have housed 71-people at the time of the collapse, with 58 of those under quarantine.
Authorities say 38 people have been pulled out alive, but recovery operations for more than 20 people still missing.
The owner of the building, which was undergoing restoration work, has been taken into custody.
