Auto vs Pedestrian, Hit & Run, Q Street at 19th Street, December 31, 2019

At 10:25 p.m. Sacramento Police and Fire were dispatched to the corner of 19th and Q Street for report of a hit and run at that location.
Upon arrival First Responders found one victim laying in the roadway. The victim was awake, speaking with officers and was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
According to reports the vehicle was on top of the victim's leg and had to be told to move the vehicle. The driver then fled the scene.
