B.C. government reacts to court decision on private health care – September 10, 2020

British Columbia Health Minister Adrian Dix speaks with reporters in Victoria about the B.C. Supreme Court's judgment that has ruled against legalizing private health care. In 2009, Dr. Brian Day launched a constitutional challenge over a patient's right to pay for faster private care if the wait in the public system was too long. Dr. Day took his case to the province's top court in 2016.
