Description

Frame and panel design is simple method of building often overlooked by beginners. But learn one joint, the mortise and tenon, and you have a variety of options to explore. Shop furniture is the perfect chance to learn, make mistakes and develop confidence in your abilities. I used frame and panel to build a combination router table/outfeed table. With some basic shaping of parts I played around with "Arts and Craft" and "Greene and Greene" cues for fun. You could do the same with any style you like as frame and panel easily morphs to your desires.

This video was put together with lots of tiny clips from a larger overall series that consists of 12 video's and 6 plus hours of dense educational material. So if you wish to start playing and learning with your shop equipment builds consider viewing the entire series. Information on access to that series is below.

Note: I have the plans discounted from their normal price during our nations quarantine for those that want to learn and play in the shop.

Y'all, I'm super small time in the content creator category. Educational content is a subset of a subset of a subset. Much more goes into it compared to infotainment options as does years of teaching experience to learn the presentation style. It's also much less attractive to sponsors and other alternative funding options. At this moment I don't have the financial resources buy a private video hosting service that would allow a paywall to be installed. 'wortheffort' content depends upon the free hosting services of YouTube.

So below are links to the unlisted video's in this series I have hosted on YouTube. These are not searchable on the platform. Access is only through these links. If you'd like to watch them please purchase the plans for the series. Think of it as an admission ticket to the series if you don't use or need these exact plans.
