Today im sharing a video of my husbands surprise bay celebration.Me and kids tried our best to decor our home with balloons,photo frames and lights .My husband was very happy to seeing his birthday decorations and he loved the gifts that my kids presented him .I made EPIC CHOCOLATE CAKE for him and taste of that was really exquisite.And I’m very happy that he appreciated me for baking this cake.And for your reference below I have shortlisted the ingredients .
CAKE BATTER
All purpose flour - 1 3/4cup
Granulated white sugar - 2 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder-3/4 cup
Vegetable oil or unsalted butter(room temp)-2 cup
Milk at room tempertaure -1cup
Water at room temperature -1 cup
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking salt - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2
coffee powder - 1tbsp
vanila essence
a pinch of salt


CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Semi sweet or milk chocolate - 250gms
confectionary sugar or powdered sugar - 2 1/2cup
vanilla essence


CHOCOLATE SYRUP OR CHOCOLATE GANACHE AT TOP LAYER


PREHEAT OVEN AT 350F FOR 15 MIN AND BAKING TIME IS FOR 30-40MIN .
