BJP MP Subramanian Swamy raises doubts over Mumbai Police' probe in Sushant Singh Rajput death case

At a time when the Mumbai Police from day one came out and stated that this is a case of suicide, Rajya Sabha MP Dr Subramanian Swamy reveals what let him believe that there can be a foul play involved.

He says, ‘The Bombay Police even after conducting an investigation hasn’t filed an FIR yet. Registering an FIR should be done at the initial stage. Sushant’s postmortem report reveals the death as provisional, but the police have already declared it as suicide. The viscera report has not yet come, which shows us that there is no real criminal procedure followed by the Mumbai Police’.
