We talk a lot about nonverbal communicating such as how we walk, stand, and make eye contact. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM https://iamalpham.com/ AaronMarino https://aaronmarino.com/ Pete & Pedro https://peteandpedro.com/ Tiege Hanley https://www.tiege.com/and ENEMY https://enemy.com/ says another important part of nonverbal communicating is how you use your hands. These hand gestures can make the difference between charismatic and boring.
Rules to Attractive Hand Communication

Speed and tempo of speaking and hand gestures should match

Hand communication zone should remain in the hand talking bubble: chest, waist, shoulders, and inside your personal space.

Your fingers shouldn’t be stiff and robotic. Stay loose and limber.

Make sure you hand movements are casual, and fluid — not fast and jerky.

Always wear a watch — it draws attention to your hand gestures.

Draw Attention to Your Hand Gestures

Make sure you’re always wearing a watch to draw attention to the fact that you are making these attractive gestures. Also, take your watch game to the next level with a super sexy MVMT watch. They won’t break the bank either. Check out Alpha’s curated collection which includes some of their newer pieces. They have really upped their game in terms of styling. Alpha has always loved their clean minimal aesthetic but lately they are crushing it on a different level. Use Alpha’s discount code on any of the watches — and if money’s tight around the holidays, use their payment plan option to grab a watch now and pay it over installments. When you’re talking with your hands, nothing takes your hand-talking to the next level like rocking a badass watch. Click to check-out Alpha’s personal MVMT picks + grab them at a discount!

Most Attractive {and Unattractive} Hand Gestures

Single fist hand pump — signifies encouragement

Finger pointing — be careful with this one because it can look accusatory or scolding. Use it to say they’re awesome to be positive.

Single hand clap — it signifies power and strength. It can also wake up people, have them pay attention to you, and you are the man.

The teepee — signifies that someone knows what they’re talking about (aka expert)

The U — it goes outside the bubble, but it brings them in, let’s them know they’re special, and that they’re valued.

Angled hands, fingers open (but not spread), palms somewhat up — signifies being open and honest. Palms totally up with fingers spread wide signifies pleading and begging.

Upside down hand is not attractive because it’s demeaning saying you are dominate.

Kung Fu — you look stiff and robotic rather than warm and friendly.
