Boris Johnson outlines coronavirus action plan

The Army will be put on standby and police will be told to stop investigating lower-level crime, the Government's coronavirus "battle-plan" has revealed.

The 28-page action plan also warns that workplaces could have a fifth of their staff off sick at any one time, meaning that essential public services such as the NHS and police would have to focus on core services only.
