Can Coach Nate run a sub 18 minute 5km? To find out and get that much-needed push, he recruits his favorite running partners and fellow coaches Mario Fraioli (@mariofraioli of The Morning Shakeout) and Mike Olzinski (@mikey.olz12 of Nth Degree Athletics) for a track workout.
