Building The ULTIMATE MECHANICS WORKBENCH - Flattening a Table Top
Description
I set out to build the ULTIMATE MECHANICS WORKBENCH, and how to do the whole thing on a budget! 3" thick, mounted on 1/4" angle iron with all the attachments and features a monkey with a tool box needs to get some real work done.
In part 2 we are doing all the flattening, leveling, and sanding that will be required to make our rough 2x4 table tpop into the ultimate work station. We used a collection of 36, 50, and 80 grit sand paper on a 3x21" Porter Cable belt sander.
