CARE$$loans-01 How to Apply for a CARE PPP Sole Proprietor Loan
Description
The Coronavirus is destroying the economy for the nation’s 27 million small businesses (including my NY law practice) and the paychecks and lives of 300 million others in the U.S.
Congress has enacted a $2.2 trillion program in which most of the money will go forever to several hundred major corporations and friends of the politicians in charge, with a comparatively small dollar amount of (possibly forgivable) loans for the nation’s 27 million small businesses. There will not be enough CARE money for small businesses and you need to apply for a CARE loan ASAP, as early as 4/3/10 (the first day applications are permitted).
I’m a Harvard Law School trained attorney and highly skilled and trained in dealing with complex matters, and I prepared this video on 4/2/20 to help viewers with their CARE loan applications.
The first question I had for myself is whether I am permitted to use the 4/3/10 Application, or do I have to wait for the 4/10/20 Application?
This is a threshold question that I answer for you in this 5-minute video.
Now that I have set up my video-producing system once again, I expect to be making additional videos to help small business, sole proprietors, self employeds and independent contractors survive economically in what appears to be a massive change in our economic system, with the persons at the top owning or having a lien on almost everything and the rest of us owing continuing rent, student loan, mortgage, credit card and tax payments which we cannot make without income sources.
I am the author of the ebook HOW TO GET RID OF YOUR UNWANTED DEBT, which will need very substantial updating. Meanwhile, I’m going to focus on federal and state programs that provide financial assistance to the nation’s 27,000,000 small businesses and/or the 100 million individual employees who have lost (or are to lose) all or most of their paychecks.
Please let me know topics of interest to you. I’m in self-imposed quarantine in NY, NY and have a lot of time on my hands.
