So Carmilla's boyfriend is coming soon to the original server.
I played this game to test the changes that occurred on the last update.
So far, he is still pretty good as a mid laner.
His damage throughout the game is still decent, and the range of his skills forces you to play safe all the time.

This is the build that I used in this game.
I still think Lightning Truncheon is a core item despite the nerf on its maximum damage.
I also used Clock of Destiny to gain more mana, because as you all know, more mana means more damage.
If you have a decent team, you can use Star Shard to get magic lifesteal.
This is a solo queue game, which means no one will help me with the jungle.
I had to use Concentrated Energy to recover my HP during spells.
You'll notice that it's hard to jungle solo with Cecilion because the creeps come near, making it hard for me to cast my 1st skill.
