Chicken Schnitzel straight from the heart of Germany

This is an amazing and wonderful recipe for cooking chicken schnitzel for you and your loved ones. Try cooking this, for the holidays up coming! I never tried such crispier, juicier, tender and flavorful chicken before.
Ingredients:
5/6 small tenderized chicken breast
3 eggs
3 tbsp of whole grain mustard
3 tsp salt
3 tsp black peper
4 tbsp butter
4 ounces cream
1 tbsp parsley
8 cloved minced garlic
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1/4 vegetable oil ( top up as you need while cooking schnitzel)
2 cups flour
2 cups bread crumbs or 8 pieces of bread
10 small potatoes or 6 large potatoes
