Truffle Cake
Ingredients:

Tin : Round Tin 7 inch

Grease with butter and Place butter Paper

Take kadhai Place ring and preheat the kadhai for 5 min in High Flame and 5 minutes in low Flame ( Total 10 min )

1 Cup = 250ml

Take a big Bowl and add
1/2 Cup - Oil or Melted butter
3/4 Cup - Powder Sugar
1 Cup - Room Temperature Curd
Whisk Properly and Add
1 tsp - Vanilla Essence
Mix properly
Put 1 Strainer over it and add
1 Cup - Maida
1/4 Cup - Corn Flour
3 tbsp - Dark Cocoa Powder
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
Sieve everything
Mix gently and add
Pinch - Salt
Mix everything properly

Put Batter in Tin
Tap it
Put in Preheat kadhai for 45 minutes in Slow Flame
Check with Toothpick and Let Rest or Cool down for 2-3 Hours .unmould the cake and remove butter paper
Cut horizontally in 3 Parts

Place one Cheese cake Ring ane place 1 Part Cake Slice Put or Spray Water or Sugar Syrup spread Truffle , keep 2nd Layer , Water , spread Truffle , 3rd Layer, water Spray ,Truffle and lastly add on the Top Chocolate Coated Rice Crisp and freez for 2 Hours and remove from ring and after removed u can cut and Serve.
