TOP 10 ASIA SKATEBOARDING AWARDS - FAST FEET CATEGORY

Skateboarding is now making noise in the sports scene in the country since the representation of Margielyn Didal in international competitions.
But did you know we also have a top-caliber Skater?

We bet you did! However, for those who don't know, we want to introduce to you Christopher "Ping" Hurich.

Ping has been a passionate skater, he fought his way up to the scene, from skating in the streets and now competing in bigger leagues.

Still, his way to the top is not easy, he worked hard and devoted his efforts to make a name in the sport. With that, he won these amazing awards:
2nd Place - 2014 Vans National Go Skateboarding Day Championship
3rd Place - 2015 Vans National Go Skateboarding Day Championship
Champion - 2016 Vans National Go Skateboarding Day Championship
Champion - 2019 Vans National Go Skateboarding Day Championship
2nd Place - Go For Gold Ph Visayas Regionals
7th Place - Go For Gold Ph Nationals

Being a well-known skater in the country attracted more support from different brands like Vans and he is also the Professional Skateboarder for Palaboy Wheels.

On top of these awards and support he got, Ping had been nominated and made it to the TOP 10 of the ASIA SKATEBOARDING AWARDS for FAST FEET CATEGORY, and currently, he has been ranked and recognized by the World Skate Organization.

Having these achievements is amazing, but more than that Ping also wants to make a legacy to the Skateboarding community in the city and province of Iloilo by working alongside the Iloilo City Government in promoting the sports to the youth.

His passion and dedication are a big help for the Iloilo City Government in nurturing and developing future skateboarding champions.
