बिहार के लाल ने एक बार फिर कमाल किया है. बिहार के कटिहार जिले के शुभम कुमार ने UPSC परीक्षा में टॉप किया और एक नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है. सिविल सेवा परीक्षा 2020 में पहला स्थान पाने वाले शुभम कुमार ने आईआईटी बॉम्बे से बीटेक में ग्रेजुएट किया है.बता दें कि कटिहार जिले के निवासी शुभम को 2019 में 290 रैंक प्राप्त हुआ था.
