कोरोना वायरस के कारण देशभर में 14 अप्रैल तक के लिए लॉकडाउन है. घबराहट में लोग सामान खरीदकर अपने घरों में भर रहे हैं ताकि आने वाले दिनों में परेशानी न हो. इस मौके का फायदा उठाकर कई जगह दुकानदार मनमानी करने लगे हैं. ग्राहकों से मनमाने तरीके से वसूली की जा रही है. अगर आप भी इस परेशानी का सामना कर रहे हैं तो सरकार से घर बैठे इसकी शिकायत कर सकते हैं.
शिकायत करने के सबसे आसान तरीके
1. कंज्यूमर मामले की शिकायत consumerhelpline.gov.in पर जाकर ऑनलाइन कर सकता है.
2. कंज्यूमर टोल फ्री नंबर 14404 या फिर 1800-11-4000 पर फोन करके भी शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं.
3. कंज्यूमर 8130009809 नंबर पर एसएमएस भेजकर भी शिकायत कर कर सकते हैं. एसएमएस मिलने के बाद कंज्यूमर को फोन किया जाएगा और उसकी शिकायत दर्ज की जाएगी.
