Mike McCarthy is the Cowboys new head coach and the coaching staff is undergoing a major haul. Could Jason Witten be one of the new assistants? It makes sense for Jerry Jones and for Witten, but is it what McCarthy wants? Speaking of the Cowboys coaches, they’ve made some more staff moves at linebacker, offensive line and strength and conditioning. The coaches in are Scott McCurley and Jeff Blasko, while Mike Woicik is out.
