Dalgona creamy cake:
Description
After seeing so many posts on Dalgona Coffee, it's time to make a delicious dessert!
INGREDIENTS
Base:
•biscuit
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2/3 cup butter
Cream Layer:
• 500g / 3.3 cups cream cheese
• 2/3 cup chilled condensed milk
Whipped coffee:
• 3 tbsp instant coffee
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp hot water
METHOD
Grind cookies, mix with sugar and butter. Put on the bottom of the form.
Whip cream with condensed milk. Put the cream cake on the base.
Beat coffee, sugar and hot water for 10 minutes.
Add cream on top.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Sprinkle cocoa on top.
