Deku Awakens his quirk Float from Nana Shimura the 7th user of One for all in this theory. I explain how the one for all quirk works and why this will be possible against Shigaraki. We see in my hero academia chapter 262 that Shigaraki's new power is at 71% and he is almost complete as Deku’s former doctor has unlocked all the High-end Nomu to fight Miruko (& other heroes). Deku’s doctor who has now been named has stolen all the quirks but lost them all, he, however, gave Shigaraki a similar power to NINES from the new Movie My Hero Academia Heroes Rising.
