Destiny 2 Season of Dawn: The Best and Worst Warlock Exotics - Tier List 2020

Warlocks, it is your time for the exotic armor tier list for 2020. Same rules as the Titan list: the list is focused completely around how impactful all exotics are in all relevant content: Master Nightfalls/Hunts, Garden of Salvation (and other raids), Pit of Heresy and high level seasonal content, along with PvP. I should also say that ease of use is also part of the equation.

Warlocks did not have any significant adjustments (+/-1.5 points or more) over the past year, even fewer than Titan. Skull of Dire Ahamkara took a hit, Phoenix Protocol took a more minor hit, Sunbracers are still rocking and so is Crown of Tempest. Contraverse Hold are still around, along with Transversive Steps. Nezarec's Sin is also still potent.

Below are my tier lists, with 5 being the highest, 1 the lowest. Most of these could be flexed a half of a point or so based on personal preference and some of these have half a point margin of error based on the activity you're in. For example, melee based exotics tend to lose points in Master content due to the risk factor.

PvP starts at 11:25.

PvE tier list (Master content, raid, dungeon, seasonal activity combined) out of 5:

4.5 - Phoenix Protocol, Lunafaction (loses points if Titan is in group)
4.25 - Crown of Tempests (loses points in Master content)
3.75 - Nezarec's Sin, Sunbracers, Skull of Dire Ahamkara (I think I overvalue this)
3.25 - Geomag Stabilizers
3 - Verity's Brow, Winter's Guile (loses .5-1 points in Master), Stormdancer's Brace (gains a little in Master content), Contraverse Hold (I undervalue this and it can probably go even higher)
2.75 - Getaway Artist
2.5 - Claws of Ahamkara (slight point loss in Master), Starfire Protocol
2.25 - Karnstein Armlets (loses points in Master), Ophidian Aspect, Promethium Spur
2 - Eye of Another World, The Stag, Transversive Steps
1.75 - Chromatic Fire, Vesper of Radius, Apotheosis Veil
1.5 - Sanguine Alchemy
1 - Aeon Soul
No Rating - Astrocyte Verse, Wings of Sacred Dawn

5 - Contraverse Hold
3.75 - Transversive Steps
3.5 - Ophidian Aspect
3.25 - The Stag
2.75 - Getaway Artist
2.5 - Apotheosis Veil (gains points in high ranked 3v3), Nezarec's Sin, Verity's Brow, Geomag Stabilizers
2.25 - Claws of Ahamkara
2 - Karnstein Armlets (higher if more aggressive), Eye of Another World, Crown of Tempests
1.75 - Sanguine Alchemy (gains few points in 3v3), Skull of Dire Ahamkara, Stormdancer's Brace, Phoenix Protocol
1.5 - Lunafaction Boots, Promethium Spur, Sunbracers, Chromatic Fire, Winter's Guile
1.25 - Starfire Protocol, Vesper of Radius
1 - Aeon Soul
No Rating - Astrocyte Verse, Wings of Sacred Dawn
