Her insurance adjuster was understanding and great to deal with, but she has a new adjuster now that says she should not have been approved in the first place because this is a work issue. Can they just change their mind about this?

After 4 months on LTD my insurer said I should return to work and that I would be able to find a job at 60% pay. My doctor disagrees but my LTD case manager won’t budge.
