DIY DOLLAR TREE FARMHOUSE WINDMILL SHELF DECOR | Two Tier | Wall or Table Top Rack | Easy Tutorial

Hello CraftDee Family! For today’s DIY project we will be creating this two shelf windmill wall décor. I was inspired to create this piece after seeing a similar items online for as much as $80, and I think that my version of cute wall shelf would be perfect for small spaces! This tutorial is super detailed, and the supplies used to make this can be purchased for a $1 or less!
