Dogs Will Be Dogs

The plaintiffs say they dropped their dog off at the defendant’s animal care facility and got a call an hour later that their pet was badly injured. She was bleeding and had a hole in her paw requiring surgery, so they’re suing for the vet bill. The defendant says he’s been in business for 15 years and says the dog got a small cut that needed three stitches.
