An estimated two million people are victims of domestic abuse in the UK - a despicable crime that’s all too common but today, the government launches its new Domestic Abuse Bill which Home Secretary Priti Patel told us will provide better protection to victims and services. Survivor Mel Clarke was abused by her ex for 14 years and joins us today to explain how these new measures could have helped her.
