Donald Trump took aim at 'mini' Mike Bloomberg and 'crazy' Bernie Sanders speaking at a campaign rally in Phoenix, Texas.

The US President scheduled his rally for the same time as Democratic presidential hopefuls were taking part in a televised debate in neighbouring Nevada.

The TV debate was the first in which Mike Bloomberg participated, and he was the subject of many accusations including sexist comments and racist policies.
