E-flite Carbon-Z Cub SS 2.1m - Throttle Problems?? Maiden flight. Need Help!!

I was hoping for a better maiden and better video but not this time. The plane flies super but im missing that good great punch and speed you see in all videos made of this plane. I hope someone out there can help. It seems like changing esc didn't do the trick.

Update: We fixed it by doing setup 4 in the esc manual. Gained about 10% on end and top.
