In this episode we chat with Shanna Benson about one of the most painful and terribly real stories I've heard to date when it comes to marriage and relationships. When you're in a relationship or marriage, of course there are highs and lows and compromise is a necessity, but sometimes people are just THE WORST and you have to trust your instincts and say to yourself: you know what? This is just NOT okay. Put on a helmet because this is a lot and I am traumatized. But thankfully at the end of the day, she came out on top, and we can all learn a thing (or 10) from Shanna and how she handles a shit situation.
