Fixing my broken Ferrari 458's electrical problems

My Ferrari 458 has been very reliable, but it recently developed 2 minor electrical issues. First the tail light had 3 of the LEDs burn out. I suspect they have a bad connection as LEDs typically last a very long time. So I bought a new tail light to replace the broken one.

Next the switch that operates my steering column was apparently no longer working correctly. Ricambi America hooked me up and sent me a new switch to put in. Unfortunately it looks like the new switch must be a different design as it had different pin configurations. Ultimately it looks like the switch may not have actually been the problem in the first place!
