FOREIGNER AND FILIPINA DATE AT TOPS | CEBU PHILIPPINES

We went for a date day to TOPS. It's basically a viewpoint where you can see the whole of Cebu. To get there from the center head 04H jeepney to JY mall as soon as you get off motorbikes will be asking to take you to tops. There are restaurants and BBQ up there and drinks so don't worry about drinks and food. My favorite place in Cebu just to spend the day and chill away from the busyness of the city.! And a good spot to bring your date :)
